GRAHAM STREET LOFTS
Graham Street Lofts was developed to create a superior housing product for the future. The building is the first in a series of multifamily buildings to be built with Performwall. Each dwelling unit is designed to be comfortable and energy efficient. The building was designed without an internal corridor system to allow each unit access to two outdoor spaces with different exposures. This allows for better daylight in each unit and natural ventilation. The outdoor spaces are generous and light enough for small kitchen gardens and outdoor living. The building is on a transit street and near light rail to reduce the need for a car. There are electric outlets at several parking spaces for electric cars. Penthouse owners will have the option of adding solar water heat to their units. The building is small to foster a sense of community.
